Best Cool machining coolant from Best Just is a high-performance, low-maintenance, fully synthetic coolant and lubricant used in metalworking processes.
The product is based on polymers, contains additives that improve lubricity, thus providing excellent processing of carbon steels, alloy steels and non-ferrous metals.
BestCool is a biostable, a 100% synthetic machining coolant that provides excellent corrosion protection.
The surfactants contained in the product decompose in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council 648/2004/EC on detergents.
To ensure the best performance, it is necessary to properly prepare the processing machine, before pouring the new coolant. Our recommendation is to use Best Reset cleaning product to clean and disinfect the system from the existing coolant.
The working coolant is prepared by adding, in small portions, the appropriate amount of concentrate to a measured amount of water while mixing simultaneously.
